Our Nourish & Delight VIP/VMR Days (VMR = Very Much Ready) are a one or two day private appointment/class totaling to 10 hours. This is not only for the mom starting on her health conscious journey for the sake of the family, but it's also for the professional staff cook who has been given the task of being in charge of an alternative meal plan for the organization... This service is for anyone who is seriously looking for a solid foundation to build upon in their quest for attaining and or maintaining better health naturally via PLANT-BASED Nutrition.

Depending on our agreement, Shakeenah will meet with you (usually) at one of her favorite places in Eureka Springs, AR; or online if need be. She will educate you, shop with you, cook with you so that you have a better understanding through experience, how to truly make wholesome meals for your better-health-naturally needs. Our Nourish & Delight 4 Part Consultations healthy food prep lessons, online, for those looking to embrace a vegan food plan. Our passion is helping individuals nourish their bodies from the inside out, promoting holistic wellness and healing. Join us on a journey towards a healthier, more vibrant lifestyle with our expert guidance and support.

 

Experience the transformation that comes with nourishing your body with whole, plant-based foods at Alternative Healing Solutions!  This is a foundational 4-part Consultation. We will laugh together, cook together, food shop together, all while you learn valuable new skills and tools to help you transition and to nourish and delight your body and senses at the same time.

 

These hands-on meetings offer you an opportunity to ask questions and get the answers you need about plant-based food and detailed instructions, personalized training and best preparation methods. Each of the four sessions will last up to 120 minutes each, and are $330 per session. You can book one or more (up to four sessions at-a-time) or choose to book one-at-a-time with no obligations or strings attached.
