Let's Connect, I Am All Ears, Can Offer Suggestions, I Am Here to Hear You! It has been found that people feel a sense of relief when someone just listens to them rant or express ideas they can not discuss with others. I am also certified as a "Mental Health First Aider" to help those with mental health and substance use challenges - trained by the National Council for Mental Well Being. If you need someone to talk to - I will listen to your joy, your pain, your grief, regrets, brainstorms, ideas, stressors - you name it. I can offer you suggestions, or silence, consolation or constructive feedback; whatever you need in terms of emotional support. I will do what I can to help soothe your feelings and emotions, and sometimes the only thing one CAN do at times of great pain is to listen and hold that space for you. Whatever your case may be, I am here for you. This service is executed usually remotely by phone call, after your text request and an arrangement is made.. 15 up to 20 minutes. No Charge.
